Refund policy

All orders will be refunded in store Credit only.

Pumpkin Kult the Collection. You may Exchange your bag within 15 days of receiving your Pumpkin Kult bag for the same design, if available. All items must be unused and in the same packaging you received them in. We do not offer returns.

If your bag is returned to us in an unacceptable condition, ie. stains, foreign debris or foreign scents, we reserve the right to deny the exchange and you may be billed the return label back to you. 

Our Love pain and Stitches custom Bags Offer a no Exchange policy. We do accept returns with a 15% Re-stocking fee within 15 days of receiving your purchase, Items must be unused and in the same condition as received. all shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Orders must be canceled within 2 business days or before your Shipping label has been Printed. 

No refunds on Pre-Order bags. Pre-Orders will receive store credit or exchange when available. No exceptions. 

ALL SCRATCH AND DENT BAGS ARE FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. All scratch and dent bags have an "X" on the tag to distinguish between Scratch and Dent/ Second Bags and original bags. Scratch and Dent/Second bags will feature some sort of cosmetic issues. Anything from Discolorations, scuffs, dents, and stains, to slight rips, tears, or free end threads. No one bag will feature to same issue. By purchasing a Scratch and Dent/Second bag, customer accepts bag in "as-Is" condition.
