Disclaimer

Love Pain and Stitches reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Orders that are placed with the intent to resell will be canceled and refunded and persons will be blocked from making future purchases.  

Purchase Limit

Our handcrafted bags are strictly one bag per order date. All other bags will be refunded and canceled. 

Unless otherwise specified on an Instagram post, You may purchase one of each design from our Pumpkin Kult collection.

Exchanges and Returns

Pumpkin Kult: The Collection can be exchanged within 15 days of receiving for the same design if available. All items must be unused and in the same packaging you received them in. We do not offer returns.

Our Love pain and Stitches handcrafted line offers a no exchange policy. We do accept returns with a 15% restocking fee within 15 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be unused and in the same condition as received. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping items / Lost items

We primarily ship USPS but there are other shipping options you can choose from.  Orders will have a tracking number and all item/s will be shipped at buyer's risk. Please make sure your address is up to date and correct, if packages get sent to the wrong address, I will not be held responsible. You must email me within 72 hours for any address changes. If an item gets returned to the company by the postal service for an incorrect address that the customer provided or lack of signature, there will be additional shipping fees. Love Pain and Stitches is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. There is a mandatory $3 insurance fee  requiring a signature included in each Bag order for U.S. Orders.  If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged please contact your shipping carrier to file a claim before contacting us. If your Order is returned to us and unclaimed by 60 Days, meaning we have been unable to contact you via email, your order will become Void and you will be Refunded minus the cost of shipping and Handling. 

International/ Outside of the U.S

Different shipping options will be available. some shipping options do not include lost/stolen packages. If an item gets returned to the company by the postal service for an incorrect address that the customer provided or lack of signature, there will be additional shipping fees. Love Pain and Stitches is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged please contact your shipping carrier to file a claim before contacting us. You are responsible for all custom fees including Taxes and Duties. If lost/ Stolen it may take up to 100 days to process a claim. All international Orders may take an extra 5 business days not including weekends or Holidays. We are not responsible if your order is lost or stolen during during transit. Once your order is out of the US, We cant be responsible for any further tracking. We always recommend to upgrade your shipping to include insurance. 

Turnaround Time on all orders

All orders will be shipped within 33 business days not including weekends or holidays. Please note that our office hours are Monday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm. Items purchased on different sale dates can not be combined.  Multiple orders can not be combined

Why was my order Canceled?

To Protect the consumer as well as our company any order that is flagged as High risk Fraud will be canceled and refunded. 

If you do not adhere to our policies your order may be canceled and refunded. 

If your Order is returned to us and unclaimed by 60 Days, meaning we have been unable to contact you via email, your order will become Void and you will be Refunded minus the cost of shipping and Handling.
